How to determine skills
Your bonus to a skill is equal to its related ability score modifier. Some modifiers may apply. In addition, each skill has a Talent track (as seen below) that talent points may be spent on. Upon character creation, a character will begin with a certain amount of talent points reserved specifically for skills.
